Early season produce

vegetables and aromatic herbs

Among the early produce we collect salad leaves, rocket, radicchio, celery, courgettes, all kinds of tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers, melons and pumpkins, all of which are grown strictly naturally.

In June, a beautiful artichoke patch enriches the appearance of the garden, first with its with greenish fruits and then with its lovely, decorative flowers that are purple in colour.
